Meditation

If someone feels stressed and needs to refocus, meditation can help.  Meditation can help you relax and to get more concentration.

All you need to do is find a quiet place, sit down, close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply and empty your mind of all thoughts (which is very hard).

My dad meditates a lot and he's the calmest person I know.
